What's your return policy?
You can return an item within 30 days. Your items must reach us within 30 days from our shipment date. Items returned after 30 days will not be accepted. Every item returned to us should be in their original condition including their original packing. We will not accept the return if the items are not in their original condition.
How should I return an item?
You may return any item by contacting our customer service department, either by phone or by email to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA#). RMA# must be on the outside of the packet as well as on all documentation. Any returns with out a valid RMA# from us will be charged $20.00 as handling fee. All costs related to return shipping must be paid by customer.
Wrap the package securely, and ship the package to the address below. Please indicate the RMA# and reason for return on the packing slip, and include the packing slip with the item you are returning. Remember to put the RMA# on the outside of the package underneath the address. Send returns to:

How long will it take for my account to be credited after I return the items?
You will receive an email from us stating the status of your refund as soon as we have inspected and processed the returned item. Please note that it will take 30-60 days to credit your credit card after the inspection of the returned item.
Is there any timeframe to return the product?
Yes we do have a time frame to return a product. Every returned items should reach our warehouse within 30 days from our ship date. All costs related to return shipping must be paid by customer.
What if I return an item after the time frame?
Items received after 30 days will not be accepted and such items will be returned to the sender.
